摘要 泵作为一个工业产品,在输送介质及作为动力源方面已经获得越来越广泛的应用,适用于各种专门场合的船用泵、消防泵、排污泵、潜水泵等也越来越多。某些专用泵,如消防泵,其发展迅速,日趋高压力、大流量方向发展,原先单一的常压泵也出现了朝中低压、高低压或高中低压泵发展的趋势。由于这种产品从设计到制造很大程度上都依靠实物检测来验证是否达到预期目的,所以泵产品从科研设计到成品都离不开试验。原有的一些检验装置已显得不相适应,因而,为使泵产品的质量能得到有效控制和提高,设计建造一些新的检验装置尤为必要。本文是水泵检验装置设计经验的论述,详细叙述了检验装置各组成部分:动力源、传动系统及测控系统等的设计要素,对于水泵试验台架设计方面需要考虑和注意的事项及测量、控制等方面内容进行总结分析。 The pump, as an industrial product, has been more and more widely applied to various special occasions in the conveying medium and as a source of power. Marine pumps, fire pumps, sewage pumps, submersible pumps are more and more used. Some special pumps, such as fire pump, its development is rapid, to the direction of high pressure and large flow. The original single pressure pump also appeared the development trend of low pressure, high and low pressure Or high pressure pump. Since this product from design to manufacture largely relies on physical testing to verify whether the expected target is achieved, the pump products from research design to finished products are inseparable from tests. The original testing device can not adapt to the tests, therefore, to make the pump product quality be effectively controlled and improved, some new testing devices are necessar- ily designed and built. In this paper, the experience for pump test device design is discussed, the testing device components are described in details: the design elements for power source, driving system and control system. Matters that need to he considered and other aspects such as measurement and control in water pump test bench design aspects are summarized and analyzed.
