广东省238名骨科护士脊髓损伤病人神经系统评估技能调查

Neurological Assessment Skills of Orthopaedic Nurses on Spinal Cord Injury

目的了解骨科护士对脊髓损伤病人神经系统评估技能应用现状及神经系统评估专科知识水平,以采取针对性措施提高护士对脊髓损伤病人神经系统评估质量。方法采用自行设计的脊髓损伤神经系统评估能力调查问卷,对广东省8家医院238名骨科护士进行调查,内容包括脊髓损伤病人神经系统评估技能使用的态度、评估技能应用现状、评估技能使用指引和再损伤预防方面。结果238名骨科护士中,93.3%的骨科护士从未接受过神经评估技能的专题培训,只有6.7%经常对脊髓损伤病人进行神经评估,71.8%依赖医生记录判断脊髓损伤病人的脊髓损伤程度。脊髓损伤病人神经系统评估专科知识得分(40.3±18.8)分,工作年限、医院级别、职称、学历不同的骨科护士得分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论骨科护士对脊髓损伤神经评估重视不够,缺乏脊髓损伤神经评估的专科知识。骨科护士的脊髓损伤神经评估技术亟待提高,开展专题培训并建立和健全相关培训制度和管理方法。

Objective To understand the assessment skills of orthopaedic nurses on spinal cord injury and the specialized knowledge of nerve and spinal cord injury, and to provide a reliable basis for the improvement of neurological assessment of spinal cord injury patients. Methods A self-designed questionnaire about neurological assessment on spinal cord injury was applied among 238 orthopaedic nurses from eight hospitals in Guangdong Province. Results Of the total, only 6.7% of the orthopaedic nurses often made neurological assessment of spinal cord injury, and 93.3% of the orthopaedic nurses had never received training on neurological assessment of spinal cord injury. In clinical care, 71.8% of the orthopaedic nurses assessed the degree of spinal cord injury according to doctor＇s records. The score of assessment skills of spinal cord injury was 40.3±18.8 and the scores of orthopaedic nurses with different working lengths, professional titles, educational backgrounds, from different hospitals indicated no statistic significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Orthopaedic nurses should pay more attention to the assessment of spinal cord injury and improve specialized knowledge and assessment techniques of spinal cord injury.
