摘要
大学生中普遍存在关心冷漠,主要表现为对自我发展的冷漠、对人际关系的冷漠及道德冷漠、参与冷漠。大学生关心冷漠的形成受社会因素、个人因素、教育体制三方面的影响。应当在教师和学生之间创造一种能够让"动机移置"进行双向反馈的渠道,为此,教师要提高关心能力,学校要更新教育观念,将关心贯穿到整个教育过程,创建一个学校、家庭、教师以及学生一体的关心环境。
Indifference of care is quite common among college students, which mainly takes the form of indifference to self development, interpersonal relatiomhip, moral and participation. College students' indifference of care is mainly influenced by social factors, individual factors and education system. A channel which can cause a two - way feedback of "motivation displacement" should be built between teachers and students. Therefore, teachers should improve their ability of care, colleges should renew education ideas, implement care through the whole education process, and create an environment which integrates school, family and teachers into a whole system.
