摘要
中国高校对学生关键能力的培养与发达国家相比仍处于相对薄弱的状态,表现为:缺乏对"关键能力"指标的科学分析和评价;关键能力培养没有进入课堂;关键能力培养的实施策略缺乏系统有效的机制。构建基于学生"关键能力"的"弹性素质培育体系"的策略为:分级构造"关键能力"指标模型;结合"关键能力"指标,弹性构造学生综合素质培育体系。
Compared with developed countries, the cultivation of Chinese college students' key competencies is still in a relatively weak state.The main manifestations are: the lack of scientific analysis and evaluation of the indicators of "key competencies"; the training of key competencies did not become a part of classroom teaching; and the lack of systematic and effective mechanism on implementation strategies of key competeneies - building. The strategies of building "key competencies" based flexible training system are: comtructing hiemchical index model of "key competeneies" ;combining "key competencies" indexes to flexibly construct a training system for students' overall qualities.
