摘要
语文教学中,教师资源的开发和利用直接影响教学的实施和效果。为使语文教学获得理想效果,教师应从"教师的道德情感资源、教师的个人能力资源、教师的观念意识资源"三个方面了解教师资源的类型,并从"既知人又自知,用自身素养感召学生"和"用观念统率行动,使教学内容学习化"两个方面完善对教师资源的开发和利用。
The development and exploitation of teacher resources has a direct influence on teaching implementation and effect in Chinese teaching.To get the ideal effects in Chinese teaching, teachers need to know the three types of teacher resources as follows: moral feeling resources of teacher, personal ability resurces of teacher, sense resources of teacher. Teachers also need to perfect the teacher resources' development and exploitation in Chinese teaching in two aspects: understanding both students and teachers themselves, and inspire students by teachers' quality; commanding action by conception and making teaching content learnable.
