本文通过对政府行政能力与政府财力资源之间关系的研究分析 ,探讨政府如何有效地行政 ,以实现提高政府行政能力的目的。全文重点论述我国行政能力和政府财力资源的状况及存在问题 ,并提出了提高政府行政能力和财力资源能力的对策。

Based on a thorough study and analysis on the relation between government administrative ability and government financial resources, the paper attempts to explain how the government can administer efficiently and realize the puropse of developing its administrative ability. The paper lays stress on the state and problems of government administrative ability and government financial resources in our country nowadays and puts forward strategy of how to enhance the government administrative ability and the ability in obtaining financial resources.
