互联网在现代生活中的重要性日益凸显,但互联网上频发的"网络群体极化"带来了一系列的社会问题。中国传统价值观中道德至上,个人价值、权利和自由的缺失是"网络群体极化"的潜在根由,为解决"网络群体极化"问题,建设健康、有序、文明的网络文化,需要加强互联网法治建设。

With the daily prominent importance of the Intemet in modem life, the frequent On-line Group Polarization has brought about a series of social problems. ＂Morality＂ as the core of traditional social values and the absence of individual rights and freedom amongst the traditional values are the roots of ＂On-line Group Polarization＂. The solution of this problem and the construction of a health, orderly and civilized Interact culture lies on the strengthening of Intemet legal construction.
