思想政治教育活动中师生沟通新思维——基于海德的P-O-X模式

Ideological and Political Education in the New Thought of Communication between Teachers and Students——Based on the P-O-X Model of Heider

思想政治教育是教育者与受教育者思想观念、政治观点、道德规范传递与反馈的过程。在这一过程中,良好的沟通方式是影响教育有效性的重要因素。在学生成长的过程中,不同的主体对学生影响差异明显,根据人际交往变化规律,海德(FritzHeider)的P-O-X人际关系模式提供了师生间沟通的理想方案,在最优选择的基础上达到师生的双向互动,特别是对于青年教师,这一模式的可操作性更强。青年教师应充分利用这一理论,掌握科学的沟通方法,方能取得良好的思想政治教育效果。
