摘要
近年来,女性在高校教师队伍中的比例逐年增加,而随之而来,高校女教师的心理问题也在逐年上升。本文分析了高校女教师心理问题产生的原因,并提出构建"社会、学校、家庭、自身"四因素相结合的高校女教师心理健康教育模式。
In recent years, the number of the female teachers in colleges has increased year by year, at- tendant, the female college teachers' psychological problems are increasing year by year. This paper analyzes the causes of the female college teachers' psychological problems, and put forward the construction of “the social, colleges, families, their own ” four factors combined with the female college teachers' mental health.
