摘要 针对以SF_6气体为介质的同轴电容结构的电子式电压互感器,在不同SF_6气体压力变化的情况下,对电子式电压互感器精度影响进行分析,得出气体压力变化对电子式电压互感器精度存在一定的影响,压力变化范围大时,甚至将不能满足精度要求。本文通过对2台电子式电压互感器的SF_6气体压力变化进行精度试验,验证了分析结果,最后考虑到在要求电子式电压互感器SF_6气体工作范围宽,互感器精度高的时候,提出需要进行补气或者补偿等措施来满足精度要求。 In this paper, as for coaxial capacitive and electronic voltage transtormer wltla SF6 gas as dielectric medium, the influence on accuracy class of the electronic voltage transformer at different variation of SF6 gas pressure is analyzed. It is concluded that variation of the SF6 gas pressure has a definite influence on the accuracy of electronic voltage transformer and can even, in case of bigger pressure variation range, not meet accuracy requirement. The analysis result is verified through ac- curacy test of SF6 gas pressure variation of two units of electronic voltage transformer and, in case of considering wide working range of SF6 gas of electronic voltage transformer and high accuracy of the instrument transformer, such measures as gas refilling and compensation are put forward to meet ac- curacy requirement
