癫痫中医证型及证候要素分布规律的文献研究

Syndrome types and distribution of syndrome factors of epilepsy based on modern documents

目的探讨癫痫证候要素的分布规律。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库2002年1月至2012年7月具有明确关于癫痫证候分型的现代文献,人工进行评价和筛选,对入选文献中的证候名称进行规范,提取相应的证素,录入计算机,建立相应的数据库,采用Ex-cel统计软件进行数据统计描述分析。结果收集到合格文献63篇。癫痫常见证型为血瘀证、风痰证、痰热证、肝肾阴虚证、心脾两虚证。共提取证素20个,其中病性证素12个,排在前5位的为痰、风、血瘀、气虚、火(热),病位证素8个,排在前4位的是肝、肾、脾、脑。结论癫痫的中医证候类型的分布比较分散,而证候要素的分布相对简洁、集中,因此有必要从证候要素入手进行癫痫常见证候的规范化研究。

Objective To investigate the distribution laws of syndrome factors of epilepsy. Meth- ods The modern documents about epilepsy from January 2002 to July 2012 were retrieved and a database was established. The data was counted, described and analyzed by using Excel software. Results There were 63 qualified documents colleted. The common syndrome types of epilepsy included blood stasis,wind phlegm, phlegm heat, fiver-kidney yin deficiency, heart and spleen deficiency. There were totally 20 syn- drome factors. Phlegm, wind, blood stasis, Qi deficiency, fire（heat） are the top five pathogenesis types of syndromes elements. And the liver, kidney, spleen and brain are the top four locations of syndromes ele- ments. Conclusion Although the traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in epilepsy are scattered in the distribution, the main syndromes take up a leading proportion and their elements are concise and concen- trated in distribution. Therefore, it is necessary to make a standard study on traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in epilepsy from syndrome elements.
