针对GIS存在的问题,天津市自来水集团有限公司开发了GIS离线系统,配合使用工程用笔记本,可以随时将GIS应用于各类施工现场,并针对性地开发了一些适用于供水施工现场的功能,有效提高了供水施工现场的管理水平。

Aimed at the issues of GIS, the GIS off-line system was developed by Tianjin Waterworks Group Co., Ltd. The GIS could be applied in various kinds of construction sites combined with portable computer for engineering application, and some functions were developed especially for construction site of water supply, therefore the management level of construction site of water supply could be improved effectively.
