Analyses on the Product Design Based on Barrier-free Concept:Taking Visual Disabilities as an Example

努力消除障碍,为使用者提供最大可能的方便是无障碍设计理念的核心。从无障碍设计角度出发,对其现状和发展方向进行分析;以视觉障碍者为研究对象,对其生理、行为、需求特征进行考察;以"盲画娱乐设备"为案例展开产品设计思路的探讨,目的是要呼吁产品设计倾注对弱势人群的"恻隐之心",彰显设计的人性化和人情味。

The core of barrier-free design lies in trying the best to remove obstacles and providing utmost convenience for users. This paper summarizes the statues and development direction of barrier-free design, sampling visual disabilities and analyzing their physiological features, behaviors and needs. The process of product design will be discussed with the example of ＂recreational painting device for visual disabilities＂, so as to call for more benevolence to disadvantaged groups in product design, demonstrating humanness and kindness.
