高校扩招对师资力量的需求,使得青年数学教师逐渐成为大学数学教学的骨干力量.文章针对青年数学教师在大学数学教学中存在的问题,在分析其优缺点的基础上,对如何提高青年数学教师的教学能力提出了一些具体的建议.

Along with the expansion of higher education to the needs of teachers, the young mathematics teachers gradually be- come the university mathematics teaching backbone strength. In the view of the university mathematics problems to the young mathe- matics teachers, this paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the young mathematics teachers and puts forward some con- crete suggestions on the basis of how to improve the young mathematics teachers＇ teaching ability.
