磁敏传感器转速测量技术研究

摘要 提出了一种利用磁敏传感器进行转速测量的方法,并对该传感器信号处理电路进行了设计.该传感器基于磁阻效应原理制成,可应用于铁磁性齿轮的转速测量.对不同转速的铁磁性齿轮进行转速测量,实验结果可知,在0~10 kHz的频率范围内,该磁敏传感器工作性能稳定,测量结果可靠.该磁敏传感器结构简单、成本低廉、灵敏度高、抗干扰能力强,能适应高速和低速的齿轮转速变化,因而可替代传统的磁电式和霍尔式转速传感器,用于铁磁性齿轮的转速测量. A method of rotational speed measurement using magnetic sensor was introduced. The signal processing circuit was designed. The sensor is based on magneto-resistance effect. It can be used for rotational speed measurement of ferromagnetism gear. The experiment was on the different rotational speed of the gear. The experiment shows that the work performance is stable and the measurement result is reliable in the frequency range of 0 -10 kHz. The structure of the sensor is sample. It has low cost, high sen- sibility and anti-jamming capability. It can be adapt for the variety of high and low rotational speed. Therefore, the sensor can re- place the traditional speed sensor, such as magneto-electric and Hall sensor, and be used for the rotational speed measurement of ferromagnetism gear.
