摘要
以丹皮酚为先导化合物,合成了五种丹皮酚Schiff碱,并采用红外及紫外光谱对其进行了结构表征.这些丹皮酚Schiff碱的合成,丰富了丹皮酚衍生物的种类和性质,为进一步研制开发新的丹皮酚类药物提供理论基础.
In this paper, five paeonol Schiff bases were synthesized and characterized by UV and IR spectra. The syntheses of these paeonol Schiff bases not only enriched the species and properties of paeonol, but also provided the theoretical foundations for further investigating the new paeonol drugs.
