干旱胁迫对红椿无性系幼苗叶片相对含水量和叶绿素含量的影响 被引量:38

摘要 为了研究红椿无性系幼苗的水分生理特性,为红椿栽培管理提供科学支撑,试验设置不同干旱胁迫处理梯度,对红椿5个无性系1年生盆栽幼苗进行干旱胁迫试验,探讨其在干旱胁迫下叶片相对含水量和叶绿素含量的变化情况。结果表明:(1)重度胁迫(正常浇水断水17天)下,红椿无性系幼苗叶片相对含水量最低;红椿不同无性系幼苗干旱胁迫下叶片相对含水量差异不显著;不稳定的天气情况导致红椿无性系幼苗叶片相对含水量周期性变化规律不明显。(2)重度胁迫(正常浇水断水17天)处理下红椿无性系幼苗叶片叶绿素含量最高;不同的红椿无性系之间,其干旱胁迫处理幼苗叶片叶绿素含量差异不显著;周期1、周期2和周期3红椿无性系幼苗叶片叶绿素含量呈逐渐增加的趋势。 In order to supply the scientific support for cultivation and management of Toona ciliata Roem.by studying on water physiology of young Toona ciliata Roem.clones seedlings,the author set up different drought stress treatments to find out the response of drought stress on relative water content of leaf and cholorophyll content of 5 1-year old young Toona ciliata Roem.clones seedlings.The results showed that:(1) severe stress (17 d continuous water break) resulted in the occurrence of the lowest relative water content of leaf of young Toona ciliata Roem.clones seedlings.There was no significant difference in relative water content of leaf among clones.For the unstable weather condition,the periodic change rule of relative water content of leaf of young Toona ciliata Roem.clones seedlings was not obvious.(2) Severe stress (17 d continuous water break) resulted in the occurrence of the highest cholorophyll content of young Toona ciliata Roem.clones seedlings.There was no significant difference in cholorophyll content of leaf among clones.There was a periodic increase trend in cholorophyll content of leaf of young Toona ciliata Roem.clones seedlings.
