中药荆芥最新研究进展

Latest Research and Development of Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq.

荆芥为唇形科荆芥属一年生草本植物,其应用历史悠久,为中国传统的常用大宗类中药材之一。本研究归纳了近年来有关荆芥的研究报道,总结了荆芥在种质资源、栽培方法、炮制加工、化学成分、药理作用和临床应用等方面的研究,分析了目前研究的进展和不足。指出现有荆芥研究多集中在化学成分、药理作用和临床应用等方面,有关种质资源多样性、不同种质之间鉴定等方面研究尚属空白。笔者认为今后应该加强种质鉴定和质量控制方面的研究,为提高中药材质量,保证临床用药安全和有效提供保障。

Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq.is a kind of annual herb plant from the genus Nepeta of the family Lamiaceae,and it is a commonly used Chinese medicinal material for a long time.This paper had concluded the recent researches on the germplasm resources,cultivation methods,processing methods,chemical constituents,pharmacological actions and clinical applications.It had analyzed the progress and shortcomings of the present studies.It had pointed out that the current researches had mainly focused on the chemical constituents,pharmacological actions and clinical applications.However no research had been done on the diversity of germplasm resources and germplasm identification.The authors suggested that germplasm identification and quality control should be strengthened in the future in order to improve the quality of Chinese herbal medicines and to ensure drug safety and effectiveness in clinic.
