摘要
研究了5-羟色胺(5-HT)对鸡新城疫疫苗抗体效价的影响,结果表明:5-HT受体激动剂中剂量组的抗体效价明显高于对照组,且呈现一直上升的趋势;5-HT受体拮抗剂中剂量组的抗体效价明显低于对照组,且呈现一直下降的趋势;这表明5-HT对新城疫疫苗的抗体效价有明显的调节作用。
The influence of 5 -HT on the antibody titer of Newcastle disease vaccine in chickens was studied in this paper. The results showed that the antibody titer in the 5 - HT receptor agonist middle dose group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and always kept an upward trend. The antibody titer in the 5 - HT receptor antagonist middle dose group was signifi- cantly lower than that in the control group, and kept a downward trend. Our results indicated that 5 - HT had significant regulatory function on the antibody titer of Newcastle disease vaccine.
