宾川县城乡建设用地结构调整优化方法研究

Research on Optimized Methods for Structural Adjustment of Urban and Rural Construction Land in Binchuan County

该文以云南省宾川县为例,基于驱动力模型、定额指标法以及项目预测法3种方法对城乡建设用地结构进行了预测,得出了宾川县城乡建设用地结构优化调整的方案,以期为土地利用总体规划等提供参考。

Taking Binchuan county as a study case, based on the mode of driving force, fixed index method, and forecast method of project, the author predicted the structure of urban and rural construction land use. Finally the optimized adjustment scheme of Binchuan urban and rural construction land use was proposed in order to provide certain references for land .use planning.
