摘要
甲醇制烯烃(MTO)技术是目前最有前景取代油制烯烃的新型工艺路线,而催化剂的研发是其技术的关键。作为MTO反应的核心,催化剂的合成与制备一直是人们研究的重点。综述了甲醇制烯烃反应催化剂的研发历程,总结了合成SAPO-34分子筛的主要影响因素,分析了近年来MTO催化剂的技术方向。
The methanol to olefin ( MTO ) technology is the most promising to replace oil to olefins model process route, while the core of technology is the catalyst. As the core of MTO reaction, the synthesis of catalyst and preparation has been the focus of study. This article reviews the progress of the methanol to olefin reaction catalyst, summary of the synthesis of SAPO- 34 molecular sieve and the main influence factors, analysis of recent technical trends of MTO catalyst.
