摘要
采用二步氯化氧化法对煤气化过程中产生的含氰废水进行处理,控制反应温度在30℃以下,反应时间30~40min,通氯量是理论通氯量1.1~1.2倍,分步骤控制溶液pH值,可以使煤气化废水中总氰浓度小于0.5mg/L,达标排放。
This article adopts two step chlorination oxidation process for coal gasification process of containing cyanide wastewater treatment, control of the reaction temperature at 30℃, reaction time 30~40 minutes, chlorine dosage is theory of chlorine dosage 1.1-1.2 times, step by step control the pH value of the solution, can make the coal gasification wastewater total cyanide concentration is less than 0.5mg/L, emission standard.
