车载充电机输入EMI滤波器设计

摘要 对锂电池车载充电机的工作原理进行了介绍,结合车载充电机的工作过程分析了输入端干扰信号的特征和耦合路径,为此设计了车载充电机输入端的EMI滤波器,并对输入端EMI滤波器的工作原理、设计方法和参数计算进行了研究。样机实验结果表明,车载充电机输入端电磁干扰小,EMC达到了技术要求。 The lithium battery on-borad charger was introduced, combined with the working process of the on-borad charger, characterize of the interference signal of the input and coupling path was analyzed, the input EMI filter was designed. The operation principle of the input EMI filter, designing methods and calculation of the parameters were studied. Prototype experimental results show that the input EMI of the on-borad charger attain the technical requirements and electromagnetic interference is weak.
