摘要
在CA6140车床上,用3种不同几何角度的麻花钻,用不同的切削用量,对大叶杨Populus lasiocarpa Oliv.、油松Pinus tabulaeformis Carr.和蒙古栎Quercus mongolica进行钻削试验,用计算机按多元回归程序打印出切削力经验公式,同时测定钻削状态和空转状态的噪音,并进行了比较。
Experiments were conducted on a lathe CA6140, using three different drills with different speeds and feeds. Populus lasiocarpa Oily., Pinus tabulaeformis Carr. and Quercus rnongolica were used as test samples. The empirical formulas of the mean moments and thrusts were printed by computer according to the linear regression program. Additionally, the sound during wood boring was compared to the sound during an idle run.
