摘要
针对定时截尾可靠性试验MTBF验证值的计算困惑通信业界的常见问题、问题原因及其解决途径等,采用实例进行了模拟验证分析。提出了解决定时试验故障数为0时统计θ、θ_U困难问题的工程简化解决方案,解析了标准卡方分布统计算法公式、图表正确使用要点,弥补了现行标准的不足,为满足通信产品MTBF验证工程统计计算的实际需要提供了简便、实用的解决方法。
Cases are employed causes and solutions of calculating to process simulation verification MTBF verification value in timing ^ analysis, addressing FAQ, terminated reliability testing. Engineering simplified statistical solutions of θ, θU with 0 failure in timing test. The keys to apply standard chi-square distribution statistical algorithm formula and diagram are stated, covering the shortage of current standard defects. Simple and practical solutions to meet actual requirements of communication products'MTBF verification engineering statistical calculation are provided.
