以一起110 kV线路开关拒动引发的大面积停电为例,详细地分析了保护的动作行为,并从整定方案入手,提出了相应的防范措施。
Taking the large area blackout caused by switch refuse to move with the 110 kV line for example,detailed analysis of the behavior of protected action was made, and based on the setting program, the corresponding preventive measures were proposed.
