区域视角下中国民营企业研发投资的实证研究

Empirical Study on R&D Investment of China's Private Enterprise from Perspective of Region

利用2002—2008年中国民营企业的调查数据,对我国东、中、西三大经济带民营企业研发投资的可能性、总额和强度进行了实证分析。结果显示:三大经济带民营企业的研发投资可能性、研发投资总额和研发投资强度等存在差异,部分年份的差异显著,三者总体上呈不同的发展趋势。指出:市场因素和政策法律因素是造成上述差异的最主要因素。这为政府制定区域创新发展政策、明确民营企业的研发投资主体地位提供了理论依据。

Using the survey data of Chings private enterprises from Z002 to 2008, this paper empirically analyzes the tendency, total amount and intensity of R＆D investment of private enterprises in eastern, central and western economic zones. The result shows as follows： there are the differences in tendency, total amount and intensity of R＆D investment of private enterprises among three economic zones, and these differences are significant in some years, and the indexes emerge different developing trends in general. And it points out that market factor and policy as well as legal factors are the main reasons,which also provides the effective theoretical basis for the government to make regional innovation and development policies,and definite the dominant position of private enterprise in R＆D investment.
