摘要
基于文献回顾和企业调研数据,界定了我国连锁企业组织学习的定义,提出连锁企业组织学习的3个构成维度——学习承诺、共同愿景、组织内外部知识共享,构建了3个构成维度的测量量表,并对量表进行了信度和效度检验。构建结构方程模型,探讨并验证了各构成维度之间的关系。结果表明:学习承诺分别正向影响共同愿景和组织内外部知识共享;共同愿景也正向影响组织内外部知识共享,且其影响程度比学习承诺显著。
Based on the literature review and the survey,this paper defines the concept of organizational learning in chain enterprise,and con- cludes three dimensions of organizational learning, namely learning commitment, shared vision and knowledge sharing inside and outside organi- zation. Then it designs the measurement scales of them and verifies the reliability and validity of measurement scales. And using the data of in- vestigation in domestic 48 chain enterprises,it studies empirically the relationships among three dimensions by using SEM. The results show as follows:learning commitment positively influences shared vision and knowledge sharing;shared vision also positively influences knowledge sha- ring, and its impact is more remarkable than that of learning commitment.
