金属资源安全保障的"中国难题"主要包括金属资源持续供给保障问题,金属价格波动与定价权缺失问题和金属资源与环境保护问题。本文分析了产生难题的背景和原因,提出了相应的破解难题的措施。
The problems of safeguard and guarantee of metals resources in China mainly includes continuous supply guarantee of metal resources, metal price fluctuation and lack of price-fixing right, metal re- sources saving and environmental protection. The background and causes of problems were introduced and the corresponding solutions were put forward.
