降温设备性能对拜耳法氧化铝生产中种分分解的影响

摘要 中铝山东分公司的低温拜耳法生产线,中降、精降设备在线运转率、换热效率的高低、分解温度对技术指标有很大的影响,其中中降设备表现最差。通过对中降设备的升级改造,精降设备清理方式的优化,改进了变温分解制度,提高了分解率及循环效率。 During low-temperature Bayer production line in a company. The on-line operation rate, heat- exchanging efficiency and decomposition temperature of middle-settlement and refined-settlement equipment greatly influences the technological indexes. The effects of middle-settlement equipment is poorest. By upgrading middle-settlement equipment and optimizing cleaning ways of refined-settlement equipment, the varying temperature decomposition system was improved, the decomposition rate and circulating efficiency were increased.
