摘要
针对目前净化工艺中存在的烟气捕集率低、系统负荷大、净化效率低等诸多缺陷,在400 kA铝电解槽上采用新型两段逆流干法净化工艺。通过改善烟道集气结构、排烟管道和干法净化工艺;调节氧化铝供料及投料方法;改进并提高除尘器性能,取得了良好的烟气净化效果。
In view of the shortages existed in purification process at present such as low trapping rate of flue gas, heavy system loading, low purification efficiency and so on, the new two-stage counter-current drying purification process was used in 400kA aluminum reduction cell. By improving flue gas-gathering structure, flue-discharging pipeline and drying purification process, adjusting alumina material-supplying- feeding methods and improving performance of dust collector, it obtained good effects of flue gas purification.
