摘要
详细分析了在调控一体化模式下采用传统方法填写调度指令票所存在的问题,并介绍了一套适用于县级调度机构的开票系统,论述了该系统的B/S 4层结构、技术原理,指出了该系统的特点和优势.
The problems of the traditional way of filling out the command ticket existing in the regulation and control integration patterns are analyzed by using the ORACLE database technology and the visual programming language. A set of invoicing system at the county level scheduling is introduced. Besides, a four-layer structure, the technical principles and the system characteristics of the B/S are elaborated.
