摘要
研究低温胁迫对热研2号柱花草(Stylosanthes guianensis cv.Reyan II)、热研5号柱花草(Stylosanthesguianensis cv.ReyanⅤ)、西卡柱花草(Stylonsanthes scabra Vog)若干生理指标的影响。结果表明:随着温度的降低和胁迫时间的延长,其总叶绿素含量均呈下降趋势,但质膜透性和可溶性糖含量有不同程度的增加。综合各项生理指标,可得3种柱花草抗寒性强弱顺序为热研5号柱花草>热研2号柱花草>西卡柱花草。
The effect of low temperature stress on physiological indicators of Stylosanthes guianensis cv. Reyan II, Stylosanthes guianensis cv. ReyanV and Stylonsanthes scabra Vog. was studied in the paper. The results suggested that with the temperature decline and stress time prolonging, the content of chlorophyll declined, while the contents of plasma membrane permeability and soluble sugar increased to various extents. Thus, a conclusion was drawn that Stylosanthes guianensis cv. Reyan V had a strongest performance in cold resistance, and Stylonsanthes scabra Vog. did the worst.
