农民专业合作社对接农业科研院所研究——以福建省4个县(市)农民专业合作社服务农民增收为例

Farmers professional cooperatives docking agricultural research institutes——Taking farmers professional cooperatives providing service to increase farmers' income in 4 counties of Fujian Province as cases

农民专业合作社的技术支撑,关键环节是要对接农业科研院所,并有效服务农民增收。在分析农民专业合作社对接农业科研院所与服务农民增收战略的基础上,介绍了福建省4个县农民专业合作社对接科研院所的状况,提出了促进农民专业合作社对接农业科研院所的对策:(1)强化政策扶持,确立农民专业合作社在技术需求表达中的主体地位;(2)建立现代院所制度,用增量带动存量科技资源的重组。

To support the technical need of the farmers professional cooperatives, one of keys is to dock the agricultural research in- stitutes and provide effective service to increase farmers＇ income. Based on analysis of the strategy of farmers professional coopera- fives docking agricultural research institutes and providing service to increase farmers＇ income, the current status of farmers profes- sional cooperatives docking agricultural research institutes in 4 counties of Fujian Province is elaborated. Accordingly the counter- measures are proposed as follows. （ 1 ） Strengthen policy support and establish the dominant position of the farmers professional co- operatives in technology needs. （2） Establish modern institute system and use increment to drive the stock resources recombination in science and technology.
