高等农林院校大学生“准村官”培养机制研究

通过阐明高等农林院校开展大学生"准村官"培养的现实意义,分析农林院校开展"准村官"培养过程中的独特优势,提出了构建大学生"准村官"培养机制的措施:(1)制定"准村官"人才培养目标;(2)设置具有层次性的"准村官"相关专业;(3)开设富有实用特色的"准村官"课程;(4)开展具有实战性的"准村官"挂职实践;(5)建设多元化的"准村官"培养教学团队。
