响应面法优化淫羊藿多糖超声提取工艺的研究 被引量:8

Optimization of Ultrasonic Extraction of Polysaccharides from Dried Epimedium Leaves Using Response Surface Methodology

摘要 利用超声技术从干的淫羊藿叶中提取淫羊藿多糖,响应面法优化提取工艺参数对多糖提取得率的影响。在单因素试验基础上,选择超声时间(X1)、超声功率(X2)、提取温度(X3)为自变量。统计分析显示,独立变量(X1,X3)、二次方项(X21,X22,X23)、交互项(X1X2,X1X3,X2X3)对多糖提取得率有显著影响(p<0.05)。最优提取工艺条件为:提取时间41.1 min、超声功率402.7 W、提取温度为81.1℃,在此条件下多糖的提取得率为5.62%,接近模型的最大预测值5.83%,说明优化得到模型能较好地预测实验结果。 Ultrasonic technology was applied for polysaccharides extraction from the dried Epimedium leaves and response surface methodology (RSM) was used to optimize the effects of processing parameters on polysaccharides extraction yields. On the basis of the single factor experiments, three independent variables were extraction time (X1), ultrasonic power (X2), and extraction temperature (X3) respectively. The statistical analysis indicated that the independent variables (Xi, X3), the quadratic terms (X12, X22 and X3z) and the interaction terms (XrX2, XrX3 and X^X3) had significant effects on the extraction yield of polysaccharides (p 〈 0.05). The optimal extraction conditions of polysaccharides were determined as follows: extraction time 41.5 rain, ultrasonic power 402.7W, extraction temperature 81.1 ℃. Under these conditions, the experimental yield of polysaccharides was 5.62%, which was agreed closely with the predicted value (5.83%).
