我国传统球类文化探微

A Study on China's Traditional Ball Games Culture

采用文献资料法和调查法对我国传统球类文化进行调查研究。主要结论:古代西方体育中,球类文化处于边缘地位。相反,传统球类文化在我国传统体育中占据重要位置;中国传统文化中的尚群思想,对不同文化的包容性以及对圆的偏爱,使得对球类项目格外偏爱;我国传统球类项目历史悠久,在各民族间广泛开展,是日常娱乐和民俗活动的重要组成部分。建议:加强我国传统球类文化的理论研究;对我国传统球类文化进行发掘、保护和推广。

Using literature material and survey research method, the author studies China＇s traditional ball games culture. The main conclusions： In Ancient Western countries, ball games culture is marginalized while in ancient China, traditional ball games culture occupies an important position. In addition, group thinking in traditional Chinese culture, inclusive of different cultures, as well as the preference of the circle, makes ball games preference of ancient Chinese. Traditional ball games have a long history and are popular among peoples, so it has been an important part of the daily entertainment and folk activities. Recommendation： The theoretical study of China＇s traditional ball culture should be strengthened and the excavation, protection and study of China＇s traditional ball games culture should be improved.
