摘要
近年来传媒行业不断发展、壮大,已经逐渐形成相当规模的产业链,其拥有极大的需求市场,传媒类实验室也随着传媒行业的发展逐渐在各高校中出现。由于传媒类实验室与传统的实验室存在着较大的区别,因此如何更好地对传媒类实验室进行管理,成为传媒类实验室发展的重要前提。本文通过分析高校传媒类实验室的特点,给出一些有关传媒类实验室管理的意见。
In recent years, the media industry has developed dramatically and has gradually formed a large scale of industrial chain and a market with great demands. With the development of the media industry, media labs have appeared in colleges and universities. Since there are many big differences between the media lab and traditional laboratory, how to better manage the media lab has become an important precondition of the development of the lab. This paper puts forward some relevant suggestions on the management of media Laboratory through the analysis of the characteristics of the media lab.
