在人类历史发展过程中,管理一直发挥着关键的作用。随着管理成为一门科学,公共管理、工商管理、人力资源管理等分支学科的出现,使管理的横向研究越来越细,而对于管理的纵向问题人们的认识体现出模糊不清的状态。针对这一问题,有必要从历史的角度出发,概括管理的概念,以管理的视角见证三大人类社会的发展,分析管理的特性特征,探讨管理的相关问题,以求认识管理的本质,为科学认知管理提供依据。

The management plays important role in the process of human development.With the management has become a science with its branch of public management,commerce management,human resource management and other disciplines,the transverse study of management has become more and more fine,but the longitudinal study are in the vague state.Thus it is necessary to summarize the concept of management from the historical perspective,witness the three development period of human society,analyze management characteristics and discuss related problems from management perspective in order to understand the management essence,thus providing reference for scientific cognitive management.
