北京市老年人再就业意愿影响因素分析

Influence Factor Analysis of the Senior Citizen's Willingness of Re-employment in Beijing

为应对中国老龄化加速的趋势,有必要研究一下老年人再就业的问题。而老年人再就业很重要的一个方面是老年人再就业意愿,到底有哪些因素影响着老年人再就业意愿,这是解决这一问题的关键。通过分析《2010年中国城乡老年人口状况追踪调查城市个人问卷》北京市朝阳区的调查数据,得出老年人的性别、年龄、教育和经济状况对该意愿显著影响这一结论。

Faced with Chinese increasing ageing trend,we have to research the Re-employment of old people.One important aspect of this issue is the willingness of senior citizens' Re-employment,the key to deal with this problem is that which facts would affect the willingness.We analyze the data of Chaoyang District,Beijing from the < 2010 Chinese urban and rural follow-up investigation of elderly population >,we get that the gender,age,education,economic condition is the key factors.
