摘要
介绍了中国石化济南分公司900kt/aS-Zorb装置再生烟气引入40kt/a硫磺回收装置处理的工业运行情况。通过优化S-Zorb装置再生操作,严格控制加氢后过程尾气的氢含量等措施,保证了硫磺回收装置尾气加氢反应器的平稳运行,实现了S-Zorb再生烟气中SO2的资源化回收利用,硫磺回收装置排放尾气中SO2含量控制在200~280mg/m3,低于960mg/m3的国家排放标准,年减排SO2约960~1000t,环保效益和社会效益显著。
The industrial processing operation conditions of the generative fume of 900 kt/a S-Zorbdevice which is indrafted into the 40 kt/a sulphur recovery device are presented in this paper.Through the measures such as optimization of the recycling operation of S-Zorb device,strict control of hydrogen content of the processing tail gas after hydrogenation and so on,the steady operation of the hydrogenation reaction chamber for tail gas of the sulphur recovery device is guaranteed and the SO 2 resource in the S-Zorb regenerative fume is recycled,the SO 2 content in the tail gas discharged from the sulphur recovery device is controlled in 200~280 mg/m 3,which is less than the standard emission standard 960 mg/m 3,there is an annual emission reduction of SO 2 about 960~ 1 000 t,and the environmental protection and social benefits are significant.
