摘要
对比GB18218-2009《危险化学品重大危险源辨识》和GB18218-2000《重大危险源辨识》,分析了新标准的改进之处,并参考《塞韦索法令Ⅱ》,提出新标准仍存在许多问题。针对物质种类不齐全、重大危险源单元划分不明确、临界量过小、分级标准等问题,提出了相应的解决方法。
Through the comparative analysis of GB 18218-200'9Major hazard identification for dangerouschemicals' and GB18218-2000 'Major hazard identification',improvement of the new standard is found.By refereeing to the Seveso II,many problems in the new standards are pointed out.For these defects,such as incomplete substances category,unclear division criteria of major hazards units,impropriate critical quantity,and lack of uniform grading standards,remediation is proposed.
