摘要 伴随着电力通信网络的不断融合和新业务的涌现,电力通信网络已由传统网络向下一代网络演进,其中最主要的就是面向IP业务的承栽、传送以及新业务提供。为了配合电网的总体规划,各地电力公司都在积极构建新的电力通信网络。如何对现有网络进行改造和优化已经成为各电力公司的当务之急。在诸多的可选技术中,电信级以太网技术是下一代分组化承载网络发展的方向之一,它具备网络业务扩辰性、运营级网管能力和QoS,f~:障能力。 Along with the constantly fusion of electric power communication network and the emergence of new business, the electric power network is already developed from a traditional network into the next generation network which can bear and transmit IP services and new services. In order to match with the overall grid plan, all power companies are actively constructing the new electric power communication networks. It is imperative for all power companies to improve and optimize their existing networks. Among all the alternative technologies, the carrier Ethernet technology is one of development trends for the next generation packet bearer network, which will have the network expansibility, operator network management capability and OoS guarantee capability.
