医院建设项目周期长、涉及面广,因此进度管理尤为重要。文章阐述了医院进度管理的特点,并分析了项目进度延误的原因,得出医院建设的进度管理是一项复杂的系统工程,需要从报批、设计、招标、实施等多方面进行管理和控制,才能实现既定的进度目标。
Schedule management for a hospital construction project is particularly important since its long cycle and multidisplinary. The article describes the characteristics of the hospital schedule management, and analyzes the reasons for the schedule delay, and comes to the conclusion: hospital construction schedule management is a complex system, in order to achieve the progress goals, manage and control from the approval, design, tendering and implementation aspects is essential.
