大学教育是促进人类进步的一大途径。自改革开放以来,我国高等教育取得了令人瞩目的发展,但同时也存在着不少问题。诸多问题的根源在于高等教育领域存在着功利化的风气。若从大学本体论角度出发,大学仍是为学生传授知识的场所,高等教育功利化有悖于大学的主旨。因而,为学生的发展服务,回归大学之道,是当今高等教育需要迫切处理的问题之一。
