摘要
高考改革作为一项公共政策行为,要确保其科学性、有效性,决策咨询和绩效反馈是至关重要的环节。高考的公平性是其改革的首要价值与核心问题,也是社会最为关心的热点问题。本研究探讨了高考公平性评价的理论基础,运用量化的思想和办法构建了高考公平性评价体系,并开展了相关实证研究,取得了初步成果。
As a public policy, the reform of college entrance examination should be scientific and effective, therefore decision-making consultation and performance feedback is crucial link. The fairness is the primary value and core problem of its reform, which is also the most concerned issues of our society. This study, by using the quantitative thoughts and methods of construction, explores the fairness evaluation theory of the college entrance examination equity evaluation system, and carries out the relevant empirical research and has achieved initial results.
