On the Teaching Reform of Adult Higher Education

摘要 当前成人高教文凭贬值,表面原因是成教学生适应能力不强,深层原因是成人高教教学偏离"实用化"的本质属性。加大教学设备投入,推进"双师型"教师队伍建设,开发实用教学内容,提高学生自学能力,是成人高教教学改革的总体趋势。 The surface reasons of Devaluation of current adult higher education diploma is adult students＇ poor Adaptive capacity, but the deep reson is the academic teaching which deviated from the essential attributes. Expanding input in teaching facilities, applying double-quality teachers, developing practical contents, enhancing students＇ self - study capacity are general teaching reform trends of adult higher education.
