Stochastic Endogenous Growth Model with Welfare Government Expenditure

This paper developed a continuous-time stochastic economic growth model with welfare government expenditure and discussed the macroeconomie effects of the fluctuation of government expenditure and income taxation on economy. By the method of stochastic optimization, the maeroeconomic equilibriums such as the rate of consumption-weahh and the rate of expected economic growth and the optimal welfare choice of government were derived.
