林业废弃物山核桃果皮黄酮对高温干旱胁迫下的玉米叶片超微结构影响 被引量:1

Effects of Flavone from Forest Residue-C.cathayensis Exocarp on High Temperature Drought Intimidation of Corn Leaf Ultrastructure

摘要 以玉米(黄糯1号)品种为实验材料,采用5个浓度山核桃黄酮提取液(0.00~0.5mg.L-1)处理盆栽玉米幼苗,研究在高温干旱胁迫下山核桃黄酮对玉米叶肉细胞叶绿体、线粒体和细胞膜超微结构的影响.试验结果显示,未经山核桃黄酮提取液处理的玉米叶片细胞叶绿体浓缩弯曲变形,被膜严重破损,内容物外渗,内部出现空洞,基粒片层排列混乱;线粒体外形及膜受破坏程度较小、内部嵴部分消失;细胞膜与叶绿体贴叠并有撕裂、突起呈小泡状等.经山核桃黄酮提取液处理的玉米叶片细胞叶绿体及线粒体损伤不明显,其中以0.05~0.1mg.L-1黄酮处理后的效果最好,叶绿体外形完好,被膜光滑,基粒片层清晰排列整齐,线粒体膜和嵴完整.研究表明,山核桃黄酮对提高玉米在高温干旱胁迫条件下的耐受性有良好的作用. The paper researched effects of C. cathayensis flavone extract, with five kinds of concentration (0 - 0.5mg. L-1) treating corn seedling, on corn chloroplasts, mitochondria in mesophyll cells and cell membrane ultrastructure in high temperature drought. The results show, suffer from stress on leaf cells of maize chloroplast membrane concentrated bending deformation, was seriously damaged, the contents of extravasation, internal void, grana lamellae arranged confusian; mitochondrial shape and membrane damage, internal cristae disappeared partly; cell membrane; the hickory flavone extract treatment on leaf ceils of maize chloroplasts and mitochondria injury is not obvious, which in 0.05 ~ 0. lmg. L-1 flavone treated effect best, chloroplast in good shape, film smooth, grana lamellae clearly arranged orderly, mitochondrial membrane integrity and crest.
