摘要
为了解决机械制造模块教学中存在问题,基于CDIO理念,对机械制造模块教学模式进行研究与探讨.提出了以CDIO理念构建模块的内容新方法.即把机械制造模块分成四个子模块,以实习基地某项产品制造作为项目课题,围绕该项目实施填充扩展子模块相关的内容.在教学过程中,以CDIO理念指导教学实践,大大提高学生的工程意识和工程创新能力,同时强调加强实习基地建设和师资力量培训的重要性.
In order to solve the problems that exit in the machinery manufacture module teaching, this paper studies and probes the teaching models of machinery manufacture module. The method of construction of the module content based on CDIO concept is propcsed, namely the manufacture of one of mechanical products from practice bases can be chosen to as the project topic, the manufacture module is divided into four sub modules ; the related content of sub modules can be filled and expanded around project implementation. The teaching practices are directed in the concept of CDIO, it can improve engineering consciousness and innovation ability of undergraduates. In the meanwhile, it emphasizes the importance of strengthening the construction of practice bases and the teachers' training.
